These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HexaBot moderation bot ("HexaBot" or the "Service") provided by Adrian Chan, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of new properties. By accessing or using HexaBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1. License: Subject to these Terms, Adrian Chan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HexaBot for your personal or internal business purposes.
1.2. Access: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining access to HexaBot, including any third-party services or platforms required to access the Service.
1.3. Compliance: You agree to use HexaBot in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2.1. User Content: HexaBot may allow you to submit, upload, or transmit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit, but by using HexaBot, you grant Adrian Chan a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your User Content.
2.2. Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences thereof. Adrian Chan does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any User Content.
3.1. Misuse: You shall not misuse HexaBot. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service, circumvents any security features, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
3.2. Abuse: You shall not abuse HexaBot for malicious purposes, including, but not limited to, spamming, phishing, harassment, or distribution of harmful content.
4.1. Disclaimer: HexaBot is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. Adrian Chan does not warrant that HexaBot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
4.2. Limitation: In no event shall Adrian Chan be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of HexaBot.
5.1. Updates: Adrian Chan reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the HexaBot website.
6.1. Termination: Adrian Chan may terminate or suspend your access to HexaBot at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
7.1. Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
